How do I use mySKIN?
It's very easy to use: Simply apply a thin layer to the areas you want to protect before you head out. This immediately creates an invisible, ultra-long lasting protective film that allows your skin to keep breathing. You can increase its protective effect through repeat application.
How many applications can I get from a bottle?
mySKIN is extremely efficient – another reason why it's the perfect alternative to blister plasters. The bottle is small but the number of applications you get from it is large. Our bottle contains enough gel for 300 applications covering an area of 4 x 4 cm. This translates into a cost of less than EUR 0.03 per application.
What does vitamin E do?
Vitamin E is an antioxidant that protects skin against free radicals. It can repair damage at the skin's barriers and improve the skin's ability to retain moisture. It also promotes new cell growth.
What does argan oil do?
Argan oil cares for your skin and can also stop it from drying out. It helps your skin store more moisture again, giving it a fresher, firmer appearance. What's more, argan oil can help improve your overall complexion if used on a regular basis.
Can I strengthen the protective film by applying the gel multiple times?
Depending on your individual needs, you can apply the gel multiple times to strengthen the protective film.
Can I use mySKIN on any part of my body?
Yes. mySKIN can be used on all parts of your body where you experience rubbing or have problems with chafed skin.
Can I use mySKIN if I already have a blister?
No. mySKIN is a preventative product that stops blisters from forming in the first place. If you already have a blister, mySKIN will not help relieve the symptoms.
What is mySKIN made of?
The gel's main ingredient is medical silicone. It is completely harmless and – as an added bonus – eliminates the need for any preservatives in mySKIN . It also contains nurturing argan oil and vitamin E.
How long do I have to wait to get dressed after applying mySKIN?
mySKIN doesn't need any time to dry and spreads quickly on skin. It creates a protective film as soon as you apply it and you can immediately put on your shoes and/or clothes.
Does mySKIN leave behind any marks?
mySKIN doesn't leave any marks on clothes or shoes. However, if you do see any residue, this can be removed using conventional detergent or soap and water.
Can I also use mySKIN for sport?
mySKIN is developed for everyday life. It protects your skin during normal activities and also provides an extra dose of skincare thanks to the added ingredients argan oil and vitamin E. You can, of course, use it for sport. However, we also offer a different product for more extreme activities such as running or cycling: pjuractive 2SKIN. It also creates a protective film on the skin but has been developed specifically for sport. So you can choose the product for your level of activity.
